Today will be a vote on the law on measures during the state of emergency in Bulgaria.
“A foreigner with prolonged residence permit in the Republic of Bulgaria, whose term comes to an end during the declared state of emergency (until April 13), may apply for an extension of status in the 14-day period after the abolition of the state of emergency. Foreigners who has residence cards in Bulgaria that expire during the state of emergency (who are unable to enter Bulgaria due to the last circumstances) can enter the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria without a visa within 14 days after the lifting of the state of emergency. ”

Hlo my name is harsimran jeet singh i am from India.. I am coming in bulgaria august 2019 and i am coming here on work permit in company.. And i am working here 1year after some of personal reason. I am running from the company and now my id card is expired. I want a living here bulgaria. I have my passport and my old id card. And when I am runing from the company. I have sign on my renew documents and I have a recipt of my new id card. But i am runining from company and I don’t collect the card.. Any chances I want to live here.. Help me?
Добрый день! У меня закончился срок действия ВНЖ 9 июля 2020г. Сейчас ещё выехать в Болгарию не имею возможности, в связи со сложившейся ситуацией во всем мире. Можем ли мы расчитывать на дополнительное время для переоформление ВНЖ, после 13 августа? Ведь таких как я много, которые не по своей вине могут лишиться ВНЖ.
13 мая заканчивается карточка ВНЖ нужно было продлевать на четвертый год как обеспеченные пенсионеры! Всвязи с карантином как нам быть?
В связи с карантином действует следующее положение: сейчас карантин в болгарии официально продлен до 13 мая и если его продлят/не продлят снова вы можете подать документы в течение 14 дней после его отмены (также если вы сейчас не в Болгарии, то сможете въехать на ее территорию по истекшей карте внж).
